24-Hour Cancellation Policy (No Exceptions, Seriously!)
Need to cancel? Give us 24 hours' notice. If you bail last minute, we can't fill your slot, and someone else misses out. We confirm appointments 48 hours in advance because, let’s be honest, who remembers anything they booked months ago?
Cancellation Fees:
We might put a hold on your credit card just to make sure you’re serious.
Why all this? It helps us fill your spot and keeps our team from twiddling their thumbs. Thanks for understanding and rolling with our policy!
We understand, it's a wild and crazy world. Things happen. If for any reason you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, please let us know! Call or text us @ (337) 534-0049, or contact your stylist directly. We try hard to schedule the appropriate amount of time for each service. We will make every effort to accommodate tardiness, but in the event you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day
We value our clients and want every one to leave The Headquarters loving their look. In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, clients have one week following their appointment to have colors or cuts adjusted free of charge.
A down payment and credit card is required when booking your packages. No gratuities are included with the package price.
Deposit reserves your spot and covers travel fees, therefore does not credit towards your services.
The balance is due and payable at the time services are completed on the day received.
A 50% charge will be applied for all services not cancelled 72 hours in advance.
We accept all major credit cards, as well as debit cards. Our online booking system also allows you to save a card on file for future purchases.
Clients must be at least 16 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Children should be under supervision at all times. Our staff can not be responsible for your child while you receive services. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the lobby, however if they present a disturbance to our staff or other guests, they maybe ductaped to the wall.
NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases.
Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
